LOVE Dr. Kimball. Knowledge/bedside manner=superb! Hubby=3 surgeries, myself=1, every one has been fab! (As a surgery could be) Doesn't offer unnecessary procedures (MRI.) Rehab= fast! Only gripe: B4 I rec'vd my card in Jan, other docs took just ID# to be seen. LP req'd a card. Waited 50...more
