I have been going to Dr. Avery for about 4 years for knee pain in both knees. I had a total knee replacement last year on my right knee, with physical therapy. I am very pleased with the previous surgery, physical therapy and his attentiveness to my knees. He made me feel comfortable in having the knee surgery as well as providing me with information throughout the healing process. Now, I am ready for the total knee replacement of the left knee. I would highly recommend him, his P.A. and others.

I saw Dr. Avery last Thursday for a diagnosis for unrelenting pain in my left leg. The pain began while walking up the stairs the week earlier when I heard a loud pop. Dr. Avery took xrays and diagnosed osteoarthritis in both kness, something I already knew. What I didn't understand was why now, why the pop, what precipitated it? What treament options were available to me other than knee replacement? No discussion of tx. options. Just got up & came back with a cortisone shot. Cold, dismissive...
