Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. De Lamerens "I believe the key to being a good doctor is listening to the patient and what they have to say. They know more about their body and how it feels. Very unprofessional
in St Augustine, FL |
Dr. De is and has always been the best. I have been associated with him as my doctor for years. He is a great diagnostician. Professional and personal to make sure you understand what is going on with you. Tell everyone I meet that if they want quality in a health care provider, go to Dr. Goar de Lamerens.
Doctor does not come in prepared, does not listen to the patient, dismissive and not friendly. Difficult to reach anyone when you call the office and if you get the receptionist, he is incompetent - does not listen and gets the message wrong. No follow through with test results or referrals.
in Sorrento, FL |
New staff are not friendly. Doctor was not attentive instead rush you out.
St Augustine, FL |
Taken care of me and my family for years. Very caring and knowledgeable. Takes time to listen and advise.
St Augustine, FL |
He is a great doctor and cares about all his patients. He explains things in a language I can understand and always takes time to answer all my questions.
in Saint Augustine |
The doctor is a nice guy, but the staff is unbelievably incompetent. It's nearly impossible to get a human being on the phone, and when you do, they act as if you are inconveniencing them. Zero customer service. They have let me go days after running out of my blood pressure medicine without calling me back to schedule an appt or call my pharmacy back who's asking for a refill approval. They just don't care.
St. Augustine, Fl |
I do not trust him, he/his staff are poor at follow through. Seems to be quick to judge without fully listening.
