What People Say About Dr. Glenn Buchanan, MD
I would give him a zero if it would let me. When I came to visit him, he had no clue why I was there. He asked me why I came, what I had, where it was. I asked him if he had seen my chart and he said no cause it wasn't sent. I replied the office girls had pulled it up to check me in. He then noticed that he had lost his phone as it was not in his hip-holster. He got up and said just a minute and left the room, door open, so I could hear him talk to all the ladies down the hall about misc chit-chat. My husband was sitting in the lobby with a straight line view down the hall watching. After about 10min. he found his phone and returned. He then asked me again and said where were we? I told him we weren't as he didn't know why I was here. I suggested he look at my chart before he said much else. He then added that he recalled that I had cancer. He then told me he uses a particular chemo, as he was trying to open the PC but couldn't remember his passcode. He charged me $506 for no info.

Dr Buchanan treated my mother for non-Hodgkins lymphoma 5+ years ago and she was in remission for 4 + years. She went back every 3 months for blood work, questions, physical exam, & port flush. This gave her great peace of mind. He was always professional, explained things throughly, and made us feel that he was concerned and had a personal interest in her well- being. When she passed at 93 years, he saw the notice in the newspaper and called to offer condolences. A truly caring physician.
