This man is a complete waste of time, the old lady in the front and Dr Arvan are very nasty people who should retire because they are very lazy and have no knowledge of anything, They still dont even use computers. They are stuck in the 70s and need to join the times.

I would never recommend this practice to anybody!! Trust me if your a new pt looking for an orthopedic Dr don't go here. RUN RUN as fast as you can. The office manager Mrs Sherigan is the most disrespectful person. Because we asked them to explain a form to us or give us a copy of the form we signed she aggressively instructed us to leave the office. I am a nurse myself so how does a office manager kick out a sick pt simply because they asked for explanation of a payment form? RUN RUN !!!!!

I personally liked Dr. Arvan & knew I was under good care. Just confused why the staff will not send me my medical records after numerous requests
