He saw what was wrong with my back about 9 yrs. ago. Of course the insurance company blocked him from treating me. He had a lot of care and compassion for my situation. Thruway things look I might have to wait until I get on Medicare before I see him again. Awesome Physician!

Very rude and uncaring. Did not take the time to listen while I explained my symptoms. He kept interrupting me when I tried to answer his questions. Did not take the time to review my mri results and sent his nurse back to give the diagnosis. He made me feel like I was wasting his time.

Talks too fast, jumps around topics. Some of his staff are great. One of them leaves much to be desired. Was terribly disappointed.

Tried to explain my situation but he was too scattered to stay focused. Did not feel he listened to me at all. Left with all my questions unanswered. He rushed the visit. Not going back.

After considerable research with regards to finding a surgeon who might be able to help my husband, we found Dr. O'Sullivan. He graciously agreed to give us another opinion and his recommendations didn't include a back full of metal. He performed two complicated surgeries over two days and we could not have possibly been happier. This man truly has a special gift and we have zero regrets about our decision. My husband has several months of recovery ahead, but we are already seeing positive re

Dr. O'Sullivan starts every visit with "How can I help?" and then does everything he can to help. I have had 4 major back surgeries and 10+ years of epidural blocks and PT. I have been to other Dr.s who do not listen and/or want me to have surgery now. Dr. O'Sullivan is one of the best and only has your well being as his goal.
