What a pleasure to find a doctor that not only talks straight forward to you. But also listens to what you are saying and responds to you. I have only had one visit but found myself leaving the appointment wishing she were a primary care doctor. I appreciate her straight forward in her dialogue with me.

I was very impressed with Dr. Quaid when I met her. She was knowledgeable about my case and handled my health situation with professionalism and competence. Dr. Quaid consulted with my rheumatologist about my condition and even had her office help get me a referral to another specialist, an ophthalmologist, for further monitoring of my eyes that were affected by my medical condition. And, just recently, her office called me to followup on my care. Wonderful doctor!

Dr Quaid was very cordial and professional and the surgery has healed nicely. Great Dr.!

Dr. Quaid has been caring for my mother for the past two years and I have been very please with her patient approach. She takes the time to thoroughly examine my mothers physical needs but also most importantly to me takes the time to discuss her findings and explains treatment options, along with a risk/benefit assessment. She has conscientiously followed up as needed and gives me as a health advocate for my mother, a feeling of confidence that Dr. Quaid has my mother's best interests at heart.

Great Doctor. Anxiety free check ups.

It was my first visit with Dr. Quaid and I was impressed with her interest in my medical issue and her recommendation for a solution.
in Oakdale, CA |
I think she may have been the worst doctor I have ever seen. She didn't seem to care about my questions or concerns. She didn't care what I am going through and how my condition affects my day to day life. She was so full of herself. She kept saying "I'm right, because I'm the surgeon." At one point she laughed at my concerns about one of my conditions. I don't know why she was this way with me.

I am thoroughly satisfied with Dr. Quaid's knowledge, health care plan, surgical expertise, bedside manner, compassion & over care of myself throughout diagnosis and treatment for breast cancer. She ALWAYS goes above and beyond for the greater good of her patients. She truly cares & wants the best outcome for a healthy, happy quality life! I am approaching five years cancer free, thanks to Dr. Quaid and her prompt care & coordination of treatment (Oncology & Plastic Surgery) She's fabulous!
in Turlock, CA |
Dr. Quaid is very approachable, taking time to listen to questions and make sure I understand the responses. She is compassionate and very encouraging. My colon cancer surgery by her found me up the next day and feeling well enough to go back to work in 10 days.

Dr. Quaid is a fantastic doctor. She listens and, actually, hears what I was saying. She did a phenomenal surgical removal of a very large lipoma on my back. There was never any pain and no problem whatsoever with the incision site. She took time to explain to my friend, who was in the waiting room, what she had done and how the procedure went. She has great patient interaction skills. I highly recommend her to anyone....especially anyone fearful of doctors as she is so calming
El Portal, CA |
I found Dr Quaid to be condescending. I was in a lot of pain (broken ribs) and she approached me as if I were not making an effort. I needed a change in approach to relieve the pain and she stonewalled any attempts despite obvious evidence and reports by those who were working with me. Maybe this approach works for some but I found it extremely counterproductive. Unfortunate, because all of the other contacts I had during my stay were excellent.
