Dr. Guernelli says...

Hello,

I am Dr. Guernelli. I am a Board certified physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist. It is my goal to help patients with pain of all types. My entire career is dedicated to caring for patients with Additional training and subspecialty certification in pain management allows me to create individualized treatment programs and approaches that can reduce and/or eliminate many types of common pain. I have vast personal experience in the orthopedic and neurosurgical specialties and know well what can and can't accomplished using standard techniques.

There is a growing misperception in the medical community that most conditions can be treated and cured. I agree that there have been dramatic and amazing advances in medical science. However, many if not most of the conditions that we deal with on a regular basis are not curable, and in fact are chronic and persistent.

That's why we are here. To help when every other doctor says there is nothing they can do. When they turn you away and say you should live with it. Walk it off. Just deal with it. We know you need help.
