What People Say About Dr. Gerard O'Connor, MD
Reply
I would not recommend Dr O Conner. He violated EVERY HIPPA rule while I was in the recovery room. He shared my personal medical information in a cruel manner with out my written consent. He asked me an uncalled for outrageous question of a VERY PERSONAL NATURE while I was in the recovery room where other patients could plainly hear him. (I was able to hear instructions being given to other patients so I know they could hear him speaking to me). He should be ashamed of himself for being so mean.

I went to see Dr O'Connor based a a mammogram recommendation to have a biopsy. During 1 office visit he performed an ultrasound & said he didn't see anything that warranted a biopsy. I didn't understand & asked him to explain why if there was something dejected that needed to be looked at further? I asked then why don't they do an ultrasound with the mammogram? I was still not understanding & his response was "the buck stops here". After a 2nd option & biopsy I found out I had breast cancer.
