in Brooklyn, NY |
DR. HANLEY WAS A GOOD CARDIO DR. HOWEVER, WE HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HIM WHEN MY MOTHER GOT SICK & WENT IN TO THE HOSPITAL FOR A MONTH. HE ADMITTED HER. SINCE SHE WAS NOT CAPABLE OF MAKING DECISIONS OR EVEN UNDERSTANDING ANYTHING HE WOULD SAY. WE TRIED TO REACH HIM ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS TO GET A STATUS ON HER SITUATION/PROGNOSIS. HE REFUSED TO TAKE OUR CALLS OR EVEN RETURN THEM EVEN THOUGH I WAS HER PROXY. I FOUND HIS BEHAVIOR EXTREMELY ARROGANT & UNPROFESSIONAL. ALSO LIMITED OFC HRS
