He is very nice, knows what he is talking about but refuses to use the numbing spray prior to an injection unlike other shoulder specialists, just a heads up. If you needle phobic look elsewhere. I feel no reason for added pain to the procedure. For this reason I only rated him Very Good. He stated that there were added risks but according to all the data I could find there was nothing contradicting the use of the spray. it was used 8 times prior on me with no issue.
