Dr. Taylor impeded treatment for my husband and endangered my life by releasing him without diagnosis or treatment. He did not attempt to contact me with questions that would have helped with the evaluation in spite of the fact that I specifically asked to speak to the doctor and Monarch would not release any information to me, to his PCP, the attorney who was later involved, or to DSS which prevented any of them from helping him. He was later declared insane by a judge and committed to Central.
