Dr. Rosen is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the Cornea Society. He served on the teaching staff of world-renowned Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia for six years, where he assisted in the training of ophthalmology residents. He has participated in national clinical trials of laser vision correction and corneal transplantation surgery. He was the first surgeon in the Charlotte area to perform DMEK partial-thickness corneal transplant surgery
