Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. McKenna "Substance Use Disorders are medically recognized conditions that despite being a life-long chronic illness that affects the entire family, can be treated and a path of recovery is attainable.  Medically assisted interventions are considered when applicable, but only as a part of a comprehensive treatment plan.  Family involvement in the evaluation and treatment process is vital to recovery as long as they are a safe family system."
