This doctors office is freaking ridiculous no courtesy call from the staff that the docter will not be in because he's on vacation. An to top it off they don't answer any calls I've been calling all morning and the lady said they have been busy so they could not answer so to prove a point that they just don't wanna work I called the doctors office while sitting there for almost 20 mins with no one picking up and all I get is some prescriptions give to me for the next 3 months.

He is wonderful but needs new staff they never answer phones hang up on you take weeks to get refills done and never return calls if you leave a message better off just calling 911...

Dr. Busch is an extraordinary Doctor. If you are honestly trying to be a better person and you show him you are sincere, he will strive to help. The above problem that the other reference said about not getting to talk to the doctor on the phone is ludicrous. No doctor will interrupt clinical visits to talk on the phone. Leave a message and he will respond through his office personnel.

I am so happy that I have an opportunity to express why I am no longer a patient. Dr.Busch is a wonderful doctor. I felt he listened to me and he remembered me. Please I hope Dr. Busch make some changes in staff. The staff would keep calling and changing my appointments. When I asked to speak with the doctor because I did not have meds and needed help his staff refuse to allow me to speak to the doctor. The receptionist hung the phone up on me and with that never allowed me to see the doctor.

Gerald Busch MD is very empathetic and this is one of the keys in his practice. Once Gerald Busch MD discusses treatment options with a patient, he wants to know 2 very important pieces of information: is the medical treatment working for the patient and does the patient feel comfortable at all times with the treatment options been given. A patient's medical care is like a puzzle, each piece is put together one piece at a time. One of Dr Busch's main suggestions to patients is: "If the shoes does not fit, do not wear it." Just kidding. If a drug or medication is not working for a particular patient, then it is time to try a new medication or alternate therapy.
