I have no problem with Dr. Patsias but some of his employees leave much to be desired. If you want to feel devalued as a patient make an appointment to see Dr. Patsias and see how some of his employees treat you. First - I was supposed to receive a summary report after my last visit in March. I received the e-mail with the report but the file wouldn't open. I was told by an employee after two more calls the report would be mailed to me via regular mail. It has never arrived. Second - I called the office because I had misplaced a blood test referral form. I was apprehensive about going anywhere with a crowd especially medical offices due to Covid-19. I am in the high risk age group. I asked to speak to someone. After two more phone calls I was directed to voicemail twice. The third time I called I was left on hold and eventually my call was disconnected. Third - I was scheduled for an appointment today. I arrived on time only to be told I was not on the schedule. Enough!

After seeing the dr once, I've only seen the PA. Now that I am scheduled for a prostate biopsy I have to buy my own injectable numbing drug, lidocaine and an injectable antibiotic. Clearly this is cost shifting and since these are used during the procedure should be provided by the specialist performing the biopsy. This is ridiculous and assuming I'm correct, they are just cheap and always look to save money so they can increase their profits

Dr. Patsias needs to learn how to properly remove stents from a urinary tract. He ripped them out of mine after a left hemicollectomy and my urine was pure blood thru my catheter for at least 72 hours after. Not sure whether they were stitched in or not, but the removal was sub par and violent. I would not recommend this doctor or practice to anyone. I have also read other reviews about this office in terms of their bedside manner, (none, as Dr. Patsias checked with me for 7 seconds before the surgery), and reviews about how they remove stents in their office without care or pain medication. "Barbaric" was the word used. I agree.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patsias for over 10 years, thanks to his thoroughness he was able to detect my prostate cancer at the very beginning stage, after taking the time to explain all my options, I felt confident to select the one that was most appropriate for me and I am happy to report that I am cancer free at this time!! I have recommended Dr Patsias to all my friends and family, I really feel this man saved my life!!

Was very pleased with Dr. Patsias. I've also seen his physician assistant Dr. Bartlett they are both very nice. I felt like they really listened to me I felt very comfortable with them. They answered all my questions and explained things to me. I didn't feel rushed. Any other questions I just call the office their nurse Paula is amazing as well. I would highly recommend them.
