Mission Viejo, CA |
I saw Dr Shahinian when I was pregnant & had chest infection. After testing & telling me I needed antibiotics, he took advantage of me being pregnant by telling me I needed (unnecessary) tests done or would be putting my baby's life at risk. He would not let me leave his office until they were done and showed no urgency in getting the results to me, leaving me in a panic for over a week. I have sent his office letters and have only received collections threats in return. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

What can I say Dr. Shahinian saved my life beginning in the ER at Mission and then through the next six months. He is a wonderful caring doctor.
This doctor doesn't put himself out or make extra effort. He doesn't think outside the box. Look elsewhere for medical help.

Dr Shahinian is extremely kind and compassionate, but always professional. He is an expert in his field and I know I am receiving quality care whenever I am in his care. He has a friendly and highly trained staff. He needs to clone "Dory" his office manager, so she can be in both offices at once! Dory has been a blessing and major help to me during my time of need. She has made countless calls on my behalf and never made me feel like a burden (even though I was). I can't say enough-THANK YOU!
Laguna Hills, CA |
Not sure where to begin on how much I love this office! Staff are some of my favorite people, they are so kind and go above and beyond, always. And Dr. Shahinian, wow! he is absolutely incredible. So patient, kind, thorough and always gives me his undivided attention, which is saying a lot for such a busy guy! My husband and I just love this office.
