Never came to tell us about my sons procedure, spoke very rudely about staff to my son before he went into surgery. He was supposed to call or come see us after the surgery was done and he never did. Seemed to me like he's more excited about leaving Concord Hospital to go to another hospital than...Read More

If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend had surgery and he didn’t explain anything to him or his family or myself. He didn’t call after surgery, or come see us to let us know how everything went. He talked badly about other nurses in the hospital and was arrogant. I’m glad he’s leaving...Read More

Was very rude to nurse staff, didn’t properly explain care, and didn’t come post op or call as he said to tell family about how the surgery went.
