Horrible experience. The front office and medical assistant do not communicate. Also Dr Mio does not communicate with either. I tried to get a procedure done but it's impossible with the lack cooperation between personal. Being a professional it's a sad situation.

In my 5 appointments to see Dr. Myo, he has NEVER seen me. Always one of his PAs. Ryan Bart’s is wonderful, and apparently covers most of Dr. Myo’s appointments since I have never waited less than an hour to be seen for my appointments. I met Dr. Myo for the first and only time moments before he did surgery on my hand. He gave incorrect information to my husband about my condition. My problem is worse than before surgery. The front office lady is rude and incompetent.

Fractured my 5th metatarsal, paid my co-pay, and X-Rays were taken. Dr. Myo hurriedly walked in, squeezed my foot and advised it was healing. A week later, I find my insurance was billed for 'surgery'at $559.00, which they covered a portion and left me with 200+ to cover. Dr. Myo advised I should be 'grateful' that I am 'only' paying that amount and he has to cover his overhead and processing of my visit, as well as his expertise, and 'that's just how it is'.

I have had two very disappointing appointments with Dr. Mika. I was in extreme pain when I went for my first appointment and decided to give Dr. Mika another chance. However, his attitude was the same.

My appointment was with Dr. Mika. He had the worse bed side manner I've ever experienced. I went in the office for a fractured shoulder (humerus). He told me there was nothing he can do. He stated that I needed to move it around and stop babying it. He was just very blunt and rude. I paid my co pay on the way out and left. I didn't even wait for the paperwork he was going to give me for my employer, I was so upset I was crying. I'm in so much pain and he didn't care at all. I will never go back.

I went to see Dr. Myo for a fracture wrist. I had the MRI done and when I went to see him, he said it wasn't fractured. I was in a lot of pain so I went and got a second opinion. That doctor said that was indeed fractured and it showed it on the MRI clear as day! I will not recommend Dr. Myo ever!!

Dr.Myo may not have the best bedside manners but, he knows what he is doing. Have had 2 trigger release surgeries and they went well. He actually has a great personality but it is hidden and reserved. People should quit whining, Dr. MYO IS entitled to be quick and honest, to the point attitude. He shouldn't have to deal with whiners. Thank you Dr. MYO, for all your help and accepting all types of insurance. Laura

I waited forever to be seen. When he finally cam in the room he barely said two words to me. Also if you are in a lot of pain I don't recommend seeing this doctor since they only prescribe pain meds to surgery patients.
