Less than a star. Unfortunately UPMC/Laurel Health in Mansfield pa has to deal with Dr Dy who doesn't care about his patients. He can not do an appointment in a timely manor. He consistently runs at least an hour late, normally more, even if you are his first patient of the day. Then he just pushes medications on his patients. Does not look at the feet of diabetic patients even when they are complaining of problems with feet. Unfortunately this Doctor has been most likely tenured in and nobody will do anything to fix the problem. I watch his nurses and receptionist apologize over and over for him. UPMC should remove this Dr from their providers he will only make them look bad. Dr. George Dy should lose his license to practice. He has no respect for his patients.

He has a reputation of not taking the right care of a patient. There's a growing list of patients that didn't receive care that would help them get better. Patients that get better don't return.
