Dr Callaway was very professional and had an easy going manner. He explained my problem showing me the x-ray and going into detail about my problems. To help with my pain and give me some time before I have to have surgery he gave me a cortisone shot. He told me what he was doing at every step, explaining he was marking the spot then when he gave me the shot he said I’d feel a small pinch then feel the medicine. I would definitely recommend Dr Callaway!

Dr. Callaway and his PA, Lauren, always take time to thoroughly explain the problem and options. Dr. Callaway is an extraordinarily skilled and kind surgeon. I wouldn't go to anyone else for my shoulders and both have had extensive rotator cuff repairs in the past 4 months.

My visit was a disaster. I don't think it was the doctor's fault. It was the practice & terrible communication. I arrived early as requested & filled out digital forms as requested, including referral information and the specific reason for my visit. I waited about an hour after my appointment time. When I finally saw the PA, she apparently did not receive all of the digital information. Sent me for x-rays for an inflammatory issue in soft tissue. The issue was NOT in the joint. When I finally saw the doctor I tried to explain AGAIN the purpose of my visit. He pointed out a small bone spur on the joint. I told him & the PA ,AND on the digital forms that I was referred by a certain doctor for an issue that arose and continued for two months after a vaccine. No one in that practice a seemed to get it. They shoved me through a mill, did unnecessary x-rays, did not communicate with each other, didn't listen, talked down to me. I will be reporting my experience to the referring doctor.
