Great Doctor
The day I was there he was running a full hour behind. It always irritates me when this happens because if I was an hour late getting to my appointment I probably wouldn’t be seen and charged for a missed appointment. I know things happen, but I also feel like there should be some means of compensating me for my lost time at work while I was waiting to be seen. It seems a one way street where I am charged a fee for being late but the doctor isn’t.

after surgery no body told me exactly how the arm sling should be born . it would have been nice if we were instructed the right way. i pulled my arm too high. later i learned that forearm should rest on the sling.

Dr Callaway was very professional and had an easy going manner. He explained my problem showing me the x-ray and going into detail about my problems. To help with my pain and give me some time before I have to have surgery he gave me a cortisone shot. He told me what he was doing at every step, explaining he was marking the spot then when he gave me the shot he said I’d feel a small pinch then feel the medicine. I would definitely recommend Dr Callaway!
