Dr. Raffel is a very caring and thorough doctor. He listens to what I have to say and addresses all issues brought before him. The office staff, on the other hand can be cold and a bit rude.

The worst experience we ever had with any doctor!!! They were very rude. My husband was in pain. They refused to see him since we were 15 minutes late because the Gps sent us to their old location.
