Wow, what an amazing first visit with Dr. Raffel! He was so caring, down-to-earth and laid back. I showed so much care and really took his time making sure everything was taken care of. He is so different from any other doctor I've seen, in a good way! He actually made me feel listened to, cared about, and not very anxious which is very unheard of for me.

Dr. Raffel is a very caring and thorough doctor. He listens to what I have to say and addresses all issues brought before him. The office staff, on the other hand can be cold and a bit rude.

The worst experience we ever had with any doctor!!! They were very rude. My husband was in pain. They refused to see him since we were 15 minutes late because the Gps sent us to their old location. It was a truly horrible experience and no one should ever be treated like we were. My husband is a cancer patient presently on chemotherapy.. JUST OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!
