Inconsistent Information needless travel
scheduled for September in July, week prior office called to cancel and reschedule. Only day offered was next day as scheduled, had another Doctor appointment that day and would have to wait another two months for an appointment as I was a new patient. Finally saw Dr. Novatt in late October. He removed several facial liesons and discussed having a laser peel for my face. He wrote info about name of peel on his card and was told cost would be $1800, was given soap to use day of appointment and told I needed someone to drive me post visit.. soonest appointment was January 23. Arranged for friend to drive me the hour and half to get to Santa Barbara. When taken ro treatment room told Medical Assistant I was there for a laser peel. she was not familiar with that treatment and consulted Novatt. he wanted to know what I wanted; told him he had recommended laser peel. he went on about all negatives and I left after 15 minutes of CO2 treatment. Memory problem? Bad notes?

I was rushed through my appointment. The Doctor left the room while I was standing there in my underwear, I came face to face with the patient next door. He’s forgotten how to treat people as he would like to be treated.

Gary Novatt has been my dermatologist for 15 years now and I could not be more pleased. He has caught several sun damaged areas early and helped me solve these before they became more severe. He has a great manner: caring, informative, and takes whatever time is necessary each and every visit.

Dr. Novatt could not be better. His knowledge and skill are remarkable. Dr. Novatt truly cares about his patients. I recommended Dr. Novatt to a friend who was having serious problems with the diagnosis and treatment from someone else. She constantly thanks me. I wish I could give him more than five stars!

Dr Novatt is very thorough, and helped me with several dermatological issues over the past 10 years, including a fungal infection to basal cell carcinoma. Furthermore, the front office staff is very friendly and attentive.

This was my first consultation with dr. Novatt/ Frucht . They were professional and discussed with me my options. I had not had facial fillers in 3 years and so I was very nervous. They put me at ease and my results were ah-mazing! I only regret not posting before and after photos . They greatT work with careful attention to details! I found them on real self. Thanks again Dr. Novatt ....keep riding your horses! Thanks again to dr. Novatt/ dr. Frucht I'll be seeing you again
