My toddler has been having recurrent episodes of tonsillitis for a while now and we were referred to Dr. Nanez to get some answers as to what was causing these infections. We were told to be there 20-30 min before our appt at 2:30, we didn’t leave till after 5. There’s a lack of patient privacy during the initial exam and people would just open the door to our room without knocking. Dr. Nanez was rude, and would not hear about the concerns we had regarding our sons persistent symptoms. We were there for his insight and not to get our son surgery, but he said the only thing he does is surgery for tonsils and would not do surgery on our son bc “he’s a little person not a big person and will bleed a lot” he spoke to us like we were stupid. Maybe he was having a bad day? But it’s pretty deferring seeing almost the whole staff leave before you do. Also all my insurance and personal information was entered incorrectly. Overall, it’s the worst experience we’ve had from a health “professional”

I took my 2 year old because she's been having alot of throat infections and he was in and out, not even 5 min. Ordered a test for sleep apnea. I had to Google about it instead to understand why he ordered it and what can it cause of not treated. To top it off, I waited 2 hours to see him for a less than 5 min consultation. Not going back to him.

Went to see Dr. Nanez because of vertigo problem. Did not take time for me to explain my situation or at least exam me. He saw me 5 min. And did nothing but order this test and that test and was out. After all tests were done I went back for results I waited 2 and a half hrs. To see him for another 5 min. Just read results from a piece of paper did not take time to explain what was causing my vertigo. Just told me if it happens again come see me. Ask him for a refill on med. Still waiting.

Dr. Nanez took care of my longstanding sinus issues and did two surgeries...complete success going on 10 years now. Unfortunately I have moved away so I can no longer see him. I would recommend him in a heart beat. Very kind and gives out thorough information.
