I recently had an appointment with Dr. Gilyard and I was very impressed with my visit. The staff was professional and courteous. Dr. Gilyard took the time to listen to all of my concerns with my arm. His treatment plan is working wonderfully for me and I would recommend him others.
in Detroit, MI |
The best doctor ever, he was understanding of my pain, he listens to my concerns. His staff is the best, everyone is polite.
in Chesterfield, MI |
Dr. Gilyard went above and beyond helping me get a diagnosis. Dr. Gilyard is very thorough with explaining all aspects of my shoulder issue from treatment plans and outcome expectations. I have great confidence in Dr. Gilyard and would recommend him to my family and friends. The staff is courteous and always willing to help me with any issue in a timely manner.
Toledo, OH |
Pick another doctor! I spent months working to find a treatment plan with Dr. Gilyard and left in worse shape than I came. He misdiagnosed me (now confirmed by two other doctors) which caused further injury, and his staff is awful to deal with. They're rude and don't follow-through.
in West Bloomfield, Michigan |
My experience with Dr. Gilyard was nothing less than incredible. Dr. Gilyard's professional, kind, and peerless nature is amazing. Dr. Gilyard's knowledge and care is unbounded, and I feel blessed to have had Dr. Gilyard to perform my surgery. Dr. Gilyard is truly Awesome!

My mom came in as a new patient, kinda upset she had to do a lot of walking to get x rays, but the staff was nice, dr. Gilyard was very professional, gave his best opinion and overall was very understanding ! Not a lot of doctors take the there time with a patient, but he sure does. Very pleased . Thank you again!

I would highly recommend Dr. Gilyard, Im a first time patient. Seen him on Sept 23, 2016 in reguards to a disc injury, that resulted in a pain down my left hip. He was very concerned and gave me very good advice, in what he thought I should be doing and not doing, and recommended several opitions for further treatments. I was very pleased with my outcome. I went in with pain and after medicine i felt 90% better. still some more tests needs to be taken but over all i was very pleased.
in Madison Heights, MI |
I have had four knee surgeries done, two on each. The last ones where done to remove the hardware. They were done a few years ago and I am so happy with my results, are my knees perfect? No but they are so much better then they were before I had Dr. Gilyard put me back together!

The WORST my shoulder is still in BAD SHAPE, got to have another repair??
