Dr. Ayres has been my physician for 35 years. I trust him more than any other I have seen. He does; however, remain booked and can be difficult to get an appointment with.

Dr. Ayres is a great person and good physician. It is extremely difficult to make an appointment and the staff is not friendly. There is almost an air of superiority among the receptionist and assistants. Voice mails have to be left and return calls are likely only returned the following day. It is then nearly impossible to get an appt. with Dr. Ayres. I was left feeling as though the practice has little concern for patients and I decided to no longer continue with Dr. Ayers.

Dr. Ayres is a good dr. when you finally get to see him. At our last appointment, we waited over 1 hour in the waiting room before being taken to a room. Once in the room, we waited another 20 minutes and he still never arrived. My husband is totally disabled and in a wheelchair. After waiting to see Dr. Ayers for almost 2 hours, we had to leave because the driver we hired to help us had another appointment. A 2 hour wait is totally unacceptable for a primary care physician. We won't go back.

Dr Ayres was my father's doctor several years ago. He was a wonderful doctor & my father loved him. He hated having to drive to Fisher's, but that was fine, because he liked him so well. My father was in the hospital for an extended time. I spent many nites, @ St V's. Dr Ayres came to the waiting room, woke me every morning, & let me know the status of his condition. He had started caring for my mother, but it was too late.
