Wow! Really personable, knowledgeable and professional. Found an answer amidst conflicting opinions. His speech pathologist, Carol and the whole staff were great. I am a singer and a voice teacher and finding an ENT VOCOLOGIST made all the difference. It did take three months to get a new patient visit, but it was well worth the wait!

I have spent hours trying to figure out my account with Dr Olson’s office. After 5 invoice went to collection agencies I find out that the we’re sending my invoices to the wrong address. The person handling this account said that they couldn’t call me to ask why I wasn’t paying my bills because they have too many patients. I will never go to this place again and I will not recommend this place.

Dr. Olson helped my wife with her Thyroid Cancer. From the consultation to the surgery he was very professional and treated us like family. Before the surgery he told us what to expect, and it went exactly as he described. Be assured what he says comes from knowing what he's talking about. Takes time to listen and makes sure you understand. GREAT DOCTOR...THANK YOU

Went to his clinic for trouble with my voice. He asked me some quick questions and did not do a physical exam at all. Said he would look at my vocal cords with a scope. His very young speech therapist then came in to get me for my test. I asked where Dr. Olson was and she said she was going to be doing the procedure. She was unwilling to examine my nostrils prior to putting the probe down my nose. I felt that he put too much trust into the staff and did not do enough hands-on.
