I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Bayliss, after being a patient of Dr. Lemmer's for around 15 years. I was nervous seeing a new doctor, but him and his staff are very kind and helpful. Dr. Bayliss is an Excellent doctor. One thing I like is that he really takes times to listen to your health concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Bayliss to anyone.

Dr. Bayliss is one of the most professional, skilled, present, and thorough physicians I've ever met. As a nurse as well as a patient, I've worked alongside and met many physicians and I can easily say, Dr. Bayliss is one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of knowing, being treated by, and seen.

I like Dr. Gary Bayliss very much because he shows so much interest in finding solutions to my health problems. He never seems to be in a hurry to finish talking to me like some other doctors have been in the past.

in Salem, VA |
Last year when I went to my appointment, I was told that Dr. Bayliss wasn't there that day and that I would need to reschedule. I have to take time off of my job to go to these appointments so I wasn't too happy that I wasn't contacted prior to the appointment time. They said they tried to contact me, so I verified all my info again. This year when I went back, I was told the same thing. Even though I like Dr. Bayliss, I will not go back. His office needs to get their act together.

Dr Bayliss has always listened to my problems and concerns and answered every question that I have had ! I would highly recommend his office to anyone looking for a rheumatologist! It's almost a 2 hour drive from home but I trust him and his treatment for my conditions!
in Huddleston, VA |
Dr Bayliss enables a patient to have confidence that they are in the care of a competent and progressive doctor that shares his diagnosis in a patient friendly manner that one can understand. I highly recommend Dr Bayliss and his practice as the answer if you seek a doctor that will do all that is necessary for your health and peace of mind.
