Awful, inconsiderate and downright callous
Absolutely horrific treatment by this provider. He cut my pain meds significantly and suddenly and would hear no arguments about it, even though my previous doctor had been safely monitoring the dosage for years. When I tried to plead my case, he effectively compared me to a heroin addict, then proceeded to put further refills "on hold" (translation: a passive-aggressive move, intended to punish) because I had ZERO supply left and had to rely on an older prescription - also his fault, as he delayed on sending the NEW prescription, insufficient for my pain - and sent his nurse to harass me and scold me like a child over the phone. Awful bedside manner, dismissive and rude with zilch in the way of empathy. Talked over me the whole time and did it to a friend as well, who also agreed he was being absolutely ridiculous. I was practically in tears by the end of the appointment and he didn't care at all. Avoid, avoid, avoid if you are a patient in pain and dare to ask for what you need

He is very attentive to my medical needs and always makes clear what my options are. In my last visit, Dr. Bayliss dealt with a knee issue that has been an ongoing problem for me AND clarified the cause of a nagging pain in my right arm. He is, in short, a skilled and caring physician, and I recommend hi highly.
