About Me

Care Philosophy

Requiring a visit to a neurosurgeon or undergoing a neurosurgical operation can be one of the most frightening and life-changing experiences a person will ever have. Placing myself in the patient's shoes is the most important thing I can do to provide the best advice and care for any patient I interact with.

I saw Dr. Zada on multiple occasions as he did about 10+ brain surgeries on me and they were all successful and he performed no less than a medical miracle on me as I was expected to be bedridden for the rest of my life but he saved me in the work that he did. I wouldn't recommend any other Dr.

Five years ago, Dr. Zada removed a benign tumor from my brain. He explained the procedure to me and my husband in language that we could understand. He answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed through appointments, either before the surgery or afterwards. I would whole-heartedly recommend Dr. Zada to other people.

Dr. Gabriel Zada is exceptional—and that is an understatement. He truly cares, takes his time, and is willing to communicate at every step. Most important at this stage is survival. We rely on the skillset of the specialist we choose and his abilities are unparalleled. He continues to be involved in my treatment, providing spot-on advice and insights. I can't imagine a more knowledgeable and caring doctor or one so generous with his time. I’ll be forever grateful for his assistance.

I had been having falls and difficulty balancing and finally stumbled on a slight rise in the sidewalk, landing on my nose. In Emergency they said the good news was I did not have a broken nose but the bad news was I had “moderate Hydrocephalus” and should see a neurologist. The first one in my HMO I saw was not very helpful but he sent me to a neurosurgeon. That doctor seemed near retirement age and rather abrupt. He told me the surgery to place a shunt was relatively easy, however at the end o

Dear Dr. Zada, last year you treated my aunt with a Craniopharyngioma. I just wanted to write you and tell you how much I appreciate you and all that you, your Pituitary team, and your staff did to treat her. My aunt felt confident and comfortable in her situation because of you. Thank you for being so great to her and giving her the care she deserved. Please remember that you made such an amazing impact on my aunt and our entire family. All my love and gratitude.

My dad was diagnosed with a tumor in his brain a month ago. Prior to the surgery, Dr. Zada assured us that the risk of death or serious complications was minimal. He also told us that the surgery would take approximately 5 to 6 hours. My dad ended up coming out in great shape within just about 4 hours! At 72 yo, my dad is now functioning as good as before. I'm so grateful that Dr. Zada has saved my dad's life. I'm also very impressed with his confidence when he offers medical advice.

At the age of 88 my mom was diagnosed with a brain tumor. First doctor that saw her did not want to do the surgery. Her age and health background were a risk. Her cardiologist referred her to Dr Zada. He was confident about her under going the surgery and that it would save her life. The time she was in surgery was much less than the original time told by him and the first surgeon. She recovered very nicely, he head was not completely shaved, no wig was required. She is now 89 and good as new.
