At my new patient appointment, which typically lasts between 20-40 minutes, he spent close to 2.5 hours with me, showing my echo to me online, where the problem was & how he was going to fix it. He answered all my questions & told me to write down any additional questions He commented that a patient who has questions & wants answers is a patient who is fully engaged in their health. As a surgeon he was wonderful, he gave a full explanation of my surgery outcome & prognosis to my family
