Dr. Payne has no beside manner at all. He doesn't even knock on the door to come in. He has this nonchalant attitude. He would never give me a real diagnosis of what I had. I saw Dr. Payne for a painful and swollen knee which hindered walking. I found him to be curt, disinterested and after a cursory look at X-ray, determined a steroid injection would solve the problem.
