Dr. Frazier was awesome however there is a front desk person.. Christy: she wore an ID with a badge that said may I help but when I told her I was able to fill out the paperwork because I am right handed and can't write with my left, she said you have to fill them out, never offered to help and gave me a dirty look when I said I'll have my husband fill them out. Totally mean spirited and unprofessional.

I feel he made treatment plans for my surgery and follow up care on his preconceived assumptions on why I was there. I feel his treatment to my problems was to make it as difficult as possible for me personally. My return to work was for no modifications. The problem was he injected/braced one hand as healthcare worker who worked in pediatrics collecting and processing laboratory specimens with 4 keyboards to input results for 7 physicians it was impossible to do without gloves and hand washing
