excellent front office personnel and a doctor who spends the time to explain the condition and the treatment

Not likely at all. Waited for one hour and left given the lack of respect and consideration
    in houston, TX |
Don't waste your time with him. He has no respect at all for his patients. I left his clinic after waiting for an hour after the time that my appointment was set for.
    in Richmond, TX |
I spent over two hours waiting in the exam room. I finally gave up and walked out. About 20 minutes after I left I received a phone call asking if I was still in the building. I told them that i couldn't wait any longer so I left. I was then asked if I wanted to reschedule. I told her that I didn't have two more hours to waste.
