He has been my primary for many years. Spends time. Is very thorough, easy to talk to, shows interest, follows up on medicines and lab reports promptly, returns phone calls within same day during breaks, rest is rated with the stars below. Wait times prompt if prior patients arrive on time.

Staff is incompetent. Had to call 4 times to get a report Dr. spends 75% of visit writing notes on computer. (Doubt he could tell the color of my hair.)
