Dr Snoy treats patients as complaints rather than concerns. Total lack of affect, brusque manner, fails to explain procedures, rude and inconsiderate. Stay away unless these you consider these attributes desirable.

Dr. Snoy saw me on an emergency basis and provided excellent care for the emergency issue and also excellent care for follow up issues. His entire staff is professional and compassionate. The showed concern and respect. I am very happy with his care and highly recommend him.

My experience with Dr. Sony was the worst experience that I have ever had with a medical professional. I first saw him for what I thought was kidney stones. He performed, or should I say attempted to perform, a lithotripsy on my right ureter. He could not do it. On three different occasions he told me I may have cancer. All he did was different tests while my pain got worse. I got nowhere with him. He said I was a mystery and he did not know what to do. He needed Gods help.

Dr. Snoy appeared very knowledgeable and confident. He listened well and sought my input.

I have been seeing Dr. Snoy for about 8 years. He determined that my high PSA readings (which the VA later wanted to do more biopsies for!) was caused by inflammation not cancer, and gave me a course of antibiotics. My PSA went from 29 to 2. I've stayed with him ever since. He is a really smart and thoughtful doctor. By thoughtful, I mean he thinks through whatever issue is at hand and shares it with you. You can't beat that.

This is the first doctor in a long time that I felt uncomfortable around-this guy threw off a weird vibe. He seemed to have the people skills and bedside manner of a brick wall. Take some lessons from your staff, they are very nice.

Dr. Snoy treated me for prostate cancer and post operative complications. My admiration for this caring and expert surgeon have grown with each interaction. You can put your trust in him.
