Dr. Hong is a fine doctor when you see him, he’s so friendly and understanding. Unfortunately, no one returns phone calls for weeks at a time, even in his new practice on Park Lane. Later stage cancer is hard enough to deal with but worrying and waiting for weeks on end to have questions answered...Read More

I was given an excellent referral to Dr Hong but after 4 phones calls, no one has ever gotten back to me to schedule my husband's appt. This is not acceptable.

Dr. Hong is an awesome doctor. I do have an issue with the 1 1/2-2 hours waiting time at every appointment.
