In October 2008, performed a PLIF procudure L3, L4, L5, S1 on my back. August 2009 severe pinched nerve and shooting pain started occurring down (r) leg and severe burning in lower (r) back. Dr. Finger advised that one of my rods had slightly bent, but could not be the cause of my problem. Refused to see me again thereafter. Upon turning to the VA for treatment, MRI (r) clearly showed that at L5 - S1, arear had failed with material used to separate the disk had backed 3/4 the way out and was pushing against nerve. Three separate back surgeons has questioned me why Dr. Finger had performed such extensive surgery, and my only answer was that he had advised that once he got inside, my damage was a lot more extensive. One of the latter just shook his head. Since I have been informed by 4 independent surgeons that corrective surgery would come at a great risk, which anyone would recommend me taking. My change of gate has resulted in a hip and knee replacement requirement. (0) Stars.

He is one rude excuse for a doctor. My wife went there for back pain. Glad I went with her so I could witness it myself. I can't believe this guy is still in practice and I couldn't believe the way he talked to my wife. Condescending. We are changing doctors. I will not and can not be made to put my wife through that again.

Went there for back pain. He did a thorough examination, explaining what each test was for. He diagnosed the problem, gave options on how to treat it, what the expected outcome for each option would be. He is very personable, spends time with his patients, and cares about them.

Very disrespectful doctor in his profession. You don't talk down to your patents. Tell them you can't do anything for them, cause my husband was to fat. Needed to stop. Putting food down his throat. This doctor better be glad I wasn't there. Very rude.. I would never send anyone there..
