If I could give this "neurologist" zero stars I would. He sent my mother for a CT scan of her brain and then LIED to her about the results. He had his MA tell her that her CT scan was NORMAL and it was NOT. Her scan revealed that she has microvascular ischemic changes to blood vessels in her brain. In layman's terms, this means that she has changes to blood vessels in her brain that can damage the white matter in her brain. This damage could lead to muscle weakness, dizziness, forgetfulness, and a slew of other issues that could affect her memory, balance, coordination and a host of other things. Although these changes were minimal, for a provider NOT to discuss this with his or her patient screams negligence and incompetence. If you, or someone you love are a patient of this "neurologist" and he sends your for any type of imaging, I highly suggest that you obtain a copy of your radiology report and seek a second opinion. He is NOT trustworthy ESPECIALLY if you are an African American

It's clear to me that I'm more of a burden to this office than a patient in need of help. Dealing with Dr. Nguyen's office has been more of a hassle than a help. Their answers are vague, unthorough, and provide no evidence that they care to answer questions and sort out miscommunications between themselves and other offices they tell you will be doing tests they order. Find another practice.

I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for over a year now. He has taken good care of me and addresses my concerns each time I see him. He is very knowledgeable and I have learned more about my demyelinating disease than I ever knew before. Dr. Nguyen has been very responsive to changes in my symptoms and attentive to what I say, my questions and we make decisions together. His staff is friendly and helpful each and every time I go into the office. And bonus, I get seen on time and sometimes early!

Had been looking for a new neurologist and I found a very good by accident. If you are looking to change doctors or looking for one the first time can highly recommend Dr. Fredrick Nguyen. I told him the treatment plan I was on (IVIG) from another doctor. He listened to me and instead of running more test he took my word for it and has continued with the IVIG. After ever treatment he can see the treatment has helped... Glad he took my word for it.

I was afraid to take medicines but my migraines became debilitating. On my first visit I received a mild injection that lasted about 10 seconds and gave me 6 weeks of headache free living. I don't like needles but that was a very good trade off. On my second visit, it was the botox treatment which worked even better. My whole outlook on life has changed. Thank you, Dr. Nguyen!
