What People Say About Dr. Frank Theilen, MD

Reply
I went hoping for an exam of my sinuses/nasal passages due to swimming trouble. He spent 1 min glancing in my Es/N/T, then the rest of the time lectured me on swimming, including telling me to use a floatie in the ocean because he "doesn't trust" that I won't panic. It was so uncalled for and demeaning that I started crying in the exam room. He then INSISTED on talking about my allergies, not the purpose of my visit, when I tried to tell him no, he said "I don't know why you're blowing me off."

Dr. Theilen is the only doctor in the metroplex that I will trust to take care of my ears. I've had chronic problems since I was young and am very sensitive to any doctor visits. He is so understanding and gentle with my visits that it even takes the edge off of my anxiety. I would highly recommend him to anyone- he is an excellent ENT!!
