This guy is the biggest jerk on the planet. I've personally heard how he talks to his staff. He's belittling and condescending. I don't care how good of a doctor you are if you can't treat people with respect and common decency.

My husband was rushed to the er with aortic dissection. Dr Arko was our surgeon. He explained the severity of my husband's condition and let him know what needed to be done.
