Do not trust this horrible man with anything. He is a disgrace to doctors who actually care. He has no mind to others well being. See google reviews for more nightmare stories of him.

Terrible, awful, angry man. He was condescending, rude and made no eye contact. Here’s the thing....if you’re in pain and you seek a doctor’s help, that caregiver needs to be compassionate and understanding. After waiting for over an hour in the exam room, he rushed in and didn’t even say hello, then scowled at me, wondering why I was there. This was after his PA and nurses made an appointment to discuss my MRI results with him. He has no compassion or desire to listen to anything. Interrupted numerously my answers to his questions. Despite the PA’s suggestions, he didn’t even touch me to find out where the pain was stemming from. Other surgeons at Emerge are terrific but this guy is bad news. There are plenty of good pain management doctors in town, so don't waste your time with this one. A one-star review is too high.

Most of my dealing was with the PA Jill. Once the CDC changed guidelines, they, like so many other MDs, misinterpreted the guidelines. They have no business in this profession, and are only contributing to the suicide rate in a different way. By withholding and/or denying chronic pain patients the need for adequate pain management. I hope neither of them has to suffer chronic pain in the future. Don't waste your time, because they do not care. Staff is down right rude, as well.

I have lower back pain due to disc degeneration and severe arthritis. Dr. Pecoraro has treated me on and off for more than 15 years. Each bout he has been able to successfully control the pain with no side effects and without having to take daily medication for long terms. I just completed a set of facet joint injections this morning and the results so far are allowing for an evening with much less pain. Dr. Pecoraro in my opinion is one of the areas best pain management Physicians.

No, no and no! Don't bother with him or his assistant McCulley. They haven't helped my back pain situation, nor did they seem to care. They are unprofessional, and have very little compassion with debilitating pain!! What's with them? Obviously in the wrong profession!! They have left me very discouraged about my low back pain/neck pain??

Summaries of visits, etc. are totally false and defame your character. Then you're trapped, no other doctor will touch you. That one bad report ruins 20, 30, 40 years of stellar compliance. Medical info: wrong procedure, wrong medication and wrong location recorded. Has zero certifications. Perhaps, if you only need one or two, long-acting steroid injections a year, you may do OK. Never ever let loved one go there. Narcissistic behaviors.

Pecoraro is an absolute disaster of a doctor. He is never on time, appointments take most of your day away from you, he never follows up with insurance companies to get the approvals that are needed to truly treat his patients. Strongly caution any new patients or referrals to look for a better option!

I'm writing this review to inform others of Dr. Pecoraro's limited follow up and drive to help his patient. I have had lower back pain for years, saw the doctor, had an MRI, he offered a procedure, the insurance company denied it do to lack of information. Dr, Pecoraro never followed up with me nor did he call the insurance company to find out what they needed for more information to, ok the procedure. I walked away with no help and another year of back pain.

Dr Pecoraro is a wonderful, caring, knowledgeable doctor who spends as much time as needed with each patient. Sometimes this causes him to run alittle behind but he is well worth the wait. If you are not willing to wait while a doctor spends time with a patient who needs additional attention you probably should look for another doctor. I myself don't mind waiting---I might be the one who needs him next time.

After working with Dr. Pecoraro I can have a normal life again. 6 years ago he did a procedure on my back that lasted 6 years. I could shop, walk and function without pain. During my knee replacement he provided excellent care for my pain management. I highly recommend him.
