Dr. Frances D. Kendall, MD says

We work hard to earn positive comments but recognize that by being a leader in the field you can become a target for those with personal agendas. Unfortunately with advanced genetics you may not have a simple answer or a simple "fix". While working hard to arrive at Black and White for our patients, the science may leave us to deal with shades of grey. We recognize that we may need to provide information that the patient may not want or may not be prepared to accept. We are dedicated to the truth and that prevents us from providing a specific answer that a patient may be seeking or craving for whatever their personal reasons. We have helped so many over the decades but we cannot be all things to all people.
