My experience was that Dr. Nichols was an excellent doctor but the excessive wait time (my appointment was at 09:00 and although I had two people before him ask the same questions and did receive a very good check up by one of them, I did not actually see Dr Nichols until 10:05. There was a great deal of waiting before he made his appearance. I highly recommend him but do not understand the delay in actually speaking with him. A simple apology would have been nice. Or explaining up front.
