Since my husband died during the surgery performed by Dr. Farzad Massoudi, I don't recommend any one use him. My husband died due to a severed artery. He was revived, but the next day we had to turn off the machines.

My father came here for a second opinion, as he suffers from severe & debilitating back pain. Dr. Massoudi didn't have time to see him, but suggested to review my father's x-rays and radiological exam that were taken elsewhere. That was July 5th. The week of August 20th I came back to pick up his records. Not only did Dr. Massoudi not have time to schedule an appointment, he didn't even have time to review the records, SIXTY DAYS LATER. That's 20 pages of medical documentation and a CD o

I DO NOT Recommend him at all. His office cancel our first appointment last minute when we were close to his office. the next appointment when we got to the office they told us they postponed our appointment and when I asked why you didn't tell me the staff told me that she left a message for us the day before which I never received any message and when I tried to show her my cell she walked away, also she didn't even apologize for their mistake and they were very rude.I won't go back to toffice

Took care of me like I was a personal friend, took all the fears away with his calm and relaxed personality. 100 tumor removal was performed using a moder robot. NO PAIN. His bedside manners were great, extremely patient and relaxed doctor which made I and my wife extremely happy. Would recommend him to everyone.

My fist impression was very good but later it changed. Dr. Massoudi almost killed me by not providing a necessary steroid required after my surgery. Because of his malpractice, I spent a whole week in ICU battling for my life. He never even responded to the doctors from ICU who tried to reach him.

Great surgeon & technician but terrible doctor. Takes forever to get an appt and will reschedules them, sometimes 2-3 times in 90 days. Gives the impression he's only interested in doing surgeries - just tolerates everything else. Didn't bother to see me in the hospital after my surgery. I called due to post-surgery pain and, based on the 1 minute phone conversation with his office manager, he made a diagnosis & offered an rx without even seeing me. The diagnosis turned out to be wrong.

Waited 1 1/2 months for an appointment and then showed up 15 minutes late. Office staff was very rude and said we had to come back in 3 weeks when they had another opening. I have 6 MRIs in the last year that say I am in major pain but they really didn't even care to look. When my little asian wife asked them to have compassion they did not and we left. I said I would call back to reschedule. When my insurance case manager tried to call them back to get an appointment sooner than 3 weeks they s

Had it not been for Dr. Massoudi, there is a good chance I would be paralyzed on my right side. He is a kind, and very considerate takes the time to explain the procedure to be done, in terms you can understand. He cares for all those who are fortunate to have him as their Dr. and if it was possible to add more than 5 stars I would.

If there was 0 stars I'd leave it. Horrible service. They run this business just for the money. Nobody cares about their patients. And by the way Massoudi owns Urgent Care in Eastbluff - same story. Same careless people. Shame on you.

He is the most proffesional Dr. And not afraid of the establishment when it comes to patient care. I appreciated his confidence and care and knowledge. I had a seven hour surgery and it went as planned. I am very grateful for his precision.
