Can you even select a zero star rating? They don't even deserve that! My son and I had an appointment booked back in April. The appointment was set for Sept. 24.Crazy to even have to wait that long for an adolescent that needs care right away. None the less 5 months later the week prior to the appointment I call to confirm the appointment and ask questions about the process and billing. All confirmed and ready to go. WRONG!! We arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time as instructed. Greeted

She doesnt listen to my concerns, or when I try to explain a problem I'm having. It's as if I'm talking to a brick wall. I wait 3 months between appointments, to sit down with her for five minutes TOPS, just to get sent home with the same medication that doesnt work.
