NEGLECTFUL. Totally NEGLECTFUL. Filing a formal complaint. She failed, on multiple occasions, to return calls which became desperate pleas for help with our child's medication. When I faced her with this, I thought it would resolve the issue but then it happened again. Putting a child's wellbeing at risk is a doctor who doesn't deserve to treat patients. Her office is rude and never replied either. What a shame. Not sure how she is allowed to practice.
