I never got to meet with him because I couldn't get past the person who answered the phone. He was recommended by my cardiologist and close to home so I was happy to try him. The person on the phone was looking at something that was giving her wrong info about me as 'you live in Moraine?', no. Your zip code is 45403? no. why not just ask me for the info. All I wanted to know was if he is accepting new patients and verify insurance. Very bad experience, finally I told her nevermind.
