They accepted my referral, made me wait seven months and then told me I would have to find someone else because I was too complicated. This does not seem ethical to me.

I started seeing Dr. Hamadeh last fall for confirmation of RA. He was very kind in explaining that I do have RA and what the following treatment plan would be. He took his time with me and all my questions were answered. His staff as well was amazing. I utilize MyChart and communication is so easy with the office. Quick response time as well. I have had a telehealth visit last fall d/t Covid precautions and Dr. Hamadeh looked at my hands for swelling. Adjusted medication with that visit. So I did not feel the visit was any less than being in front of him. I had some issues with the medication and the office made me an appointment with PA and she was wonderful as well. His treatment plan is aggressive and proactive with full explanation and answers questions completely. I would highly recommend him and this office.

Dr Hamadeh is a good, caring doctor but the staff is another issue. They do not follow up to see that authorizations are received by insurance. I am still waiting for approval on IV therapy and it has been 3 months.

Absolutely would recommend Dr Hamadeh. My visit for a bad knee was great as he spent so much time with me asking questions about my problem unlike so many doctors nowadays. Such a professional and so intelligent with great personality. His entire office was so caring

I've seen Dr. Hamadeh for 4 years. He is the best Rheumatologist I've had and he is my 3rd. He correctly diagnosed my Psoriatic Arthritis after being misdiagnosed with Osteoarthritis, which I also have but in different joints. He correctly informed me which category my Psoriatic arthritis is in and what to expect from the disease process. He is very thorough and he explains everything. He answers all of my questions honestly. He and his entire staff are so kind. I would recommend Dr. Hamadeh.

He saved my quality of Life! I went for at least 30 years without the diagnosis I needed to gain function and reduce chronic and acute pain. Its a miracle to already have gained RA remission.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Hamadeh after almost 20 years of visiting different doctors and living with terrible symptoms, pain, and countless letdowns. He showed an interest in my history and listened to my concerns so thoroughly including ordering tests; all of which will certainly put together this complex puzzle of health problems I have had to live with for so long. He is not only an A plus professional but is by far the kindest and most caring of any specialist I've met.

Bad staff equals a bad office. They are arrogant, have no respect for others work schedules. They feel they are doing you a favor getting you in under 3 months. You can NOT leave a message for the nurse. Scheduling doesn't answer half the time. This is my first experience with the Saints system and I am very disappointed in the processes.

This office is a complete joke. Insurance approvals take a minimum of two months and patients are treated with absolutely no care whatsoever. It took three months to get the office to fax eob and forms I had to put together for them and they STILL only faxed half of it after two requests! When calling back to ask they fax the correct document I was told to do it myself. I am beside myself at how administratively broken this office is. It is a complete mess at best.
