The big reason we run behind is because patients spring new problems on us. "While I've got you, can you tell me about .....?" We try when possible to be nice and fix the problem immediately to avoid callbacks. PLEASE tell the staff if there is something new or in addition to what you were scheduled for. We know that you don't mind the extra time being spent, but the next patient often complains.
