I saw this doctor 3+ years ago for my spine problem. He was short and to the point in stating what he would surgically do. I found that he didn't like answering questions. He was arrogant when I asked what can I take for pain. He acted like I was a drug addict when he had just looked at my MRI and said I needed four bones removed. The office is a complete nightmare. 4 years later and I 'm still waiting for the woman to call me about costs and insurance. I am glad I never returned.

Dr. Robert is an excellent doctor but you will only see him initially. After that you are delegated to the PA. I had a 4 level neck fusion in November & saw Dr. Robert the morning of my surgery. I haven't seen him since. Additionally after surgery you need to follow up with x-rays offsite. Every time I've had to call numerous times to get them to fax the paperwork. All of this after spending thousands of dollars out of my own pocket because he didn't accept my insurance but he was the best.
